Kids Groups (age 5-13)
This class is geared towards young persons ages 5-13. We strive equip our students with discipline, self-esteem and the ability to defend themselves and succeed in life.
CLASS SCHEDULE
- MONDAY - FRIDAY / 5:00 - 6:00 PM
- SATURDAY / Varies, Please Call
All classes utilize three phases for maximum growth.
- Phase 1: Stretching and physical warmups to prepare your body for Jiu-Jitsu.
- Phase 2: Detailed instruction of varied Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
- Phase 3: Application of techniques against opponent/Sparring or Rolling.
