All classes utilize three phases for maximum growth.

  • Phase 1: Stretching and physical warmups to prepare your body for Jiu-Jitsu.
  • Phase 2: Detailed instruction of varied Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
  • Phase 3: Application of techniques against opponent/Sparring or Rolling.
